Did You Watch The Woodies?

Guess not if you live outside a dorm room. As we mentioned in our post-event recap, Spank Rock definitely spanked (and rocked) the mtvU Woodies before he decided he could kick Jared Leto's ass. Now we have the vodka-tossing video to prove it, with a cameo from Santogold on the red carpet. As the Spankers make their exit, note a smiley Kenan Thompson.

MTV's trick to finding viewers? Besides Britney conducted train wrecks, it's gotta be the random off-camera altercation. Naeem also blogged when not performing tunes with his backup bikini crew. And of course there's footage of that.

In less raucous action, Rilo Kiley gave "Moneymaker" some Latin-cum-"Hotel California" flair and kept the Gospel choir around from the "Silver Lining" video. Yessir, Jenny's wearing those controversial shorts again. Check it out, the crowd's feeling particularly soulful. You can also see "Breakin' Up," over there, if you wish. Jenny plays a cowbell on it. College kids love cowbells.
