Lily And Blondie Do Today

In addition to reprinting Lily's MySpace blog posts, we've done our best to keep up with Ms. Allen's tour exploits, which have included constant covers of Blondie's "Heart Of Glass." News of Lil's crush on Debbie made it to the Today show producers, who arranged for Blondie and Lily to perform the tune as part of the show's summer concert series this morning. Harry admits to minimal rehearsal time with Lily and mentions Allen's "interesting" voice, and their performance proves Debbie right on both counts (work out those harmonies, ladies).

UPDATE: Blondie + Lily + NBC = MP3 over at Culture Bully.

Lily Allen looks fat. She needs to seriously lose about 30 pounds. What a cow.

At least they didn't end up making out like Madonna and Britney.

That was plain terrible. But it's good to see that you don't have to weigh 40kg to make it big. Not saying that Lily Allen is any good, just saying that it shouldn't matter what she looks like.

Amen to that. Notice the way every post on this blog involving a female performer turns into a snarky bitchfest about their looks - nice to see that the 'open-minded' indie kids are as shallow and image obsessed as the rest of society.

He was being sarcastic.

Lily Allen has top be the most over-exposed artist around today.

I'm leaving the UK in a few months and I hope I never have to see her face again.

Surely the whiny-know-it-all-spoilt-brat-bitch plague hasn't arrived in Oz?

Oh yeah, i'm suprised she didn't fall through the stage you f**king retard. I blame people like you for the world's anorexia crisis, Tony G. And is it your job to tell people what weight they should be?! I'm sure she's more than in good health. You obviously have a deep psychological image problem that makes you criticise others for being in good shape.

Still, a great performance by both of 'em.
