The idea was that each episode would end with an elborate dinner party at which special musical guests perform for New York's gay C-list celebrities. Fast forward to 12min20sec for Liza's vocal coach's young son doing a, um, fabulous Liza impression.
VH1's riding high these days thanks to Flavor Flav. Sunday's season finale was its highest rated show EVER (take that Concert For New York City!). But four years ago, it was believed Liza Liz would be the struggling network's celebreality savior.
All in all, the pilot's consideridably boring compared to all the exciting shit that went on behind the music.
