A support artist has to swallow all that but the headliner?... let alone Morrissey. I'm pretty sure someone else in Germany would had gladly taken the place of that idiot. If you don't like the headliner, either stay at home or leave after the support act.

i actually am from hamburg, germany. i wasn't at the show though, basically because i have a strong dislike for morrissey, his music and especially this ridiculous cult following. that said, i must say that i kinda felt good about morrissey throwing out that dude. you have to understand that this stuff happens quite a lot with german audience, particularly with people who hardly speak a word of english, but do know a few cuss words. strangely, this somehow doesn't have to be an indication of a person's dislike of what happens on stage (so i don't even think it was directed at morrissey's silly hamburger/ist joke in this case), it just appears to be some kind of tourette-driven reflex in people, they seem to be "proud" to know the expression or just try to fill any awkward silence or sth. i don't even get it. i suppose they are just stupid people and they annoy the hell out of me every time. so while morrissey still is an egomaniacal douchebag, i guess one of these hecklers-without-a-cause finally had it coming.

Sure, if someone were heckling me at my job, I'd want them kicked out, but then, I don't work at a place where people have paid specifically to see me perform. These people make a disgusting amount of money performing. Don't ask me to feel sorry for them because some German used the F-word.
