New All Smiles Video - "Moth In A Cloud Of Smoke"
Ex-Grandaddy guitarist Jim Fairchild's forthcoming solo effort is one worth checking out, if only to remind yourself of the depth of talent surrounding Lytle during the sadly defunct band's halcyon days. Last time, we quoted Jim's description of the album:
You can hear the walls, and the floors, and the ceilings, and you can hear the cars, and the trees, and the guys selling drugs outside.And on his first vid as All Smiles, we get to see that description played out in glorious black and white. Pretty sure that's Chicago he's strolling through, and damn sure that's a woman in his bed at the end (sorry, ladies).

Chicago, yep. He walks down the street in Logan Square, gets on the Blue Line, rides it (somewhere ??) then it cuts to him walking around the square (there's the obelisk in the background).
Living in LA makes me miss all the comforts of home.
