New Arctic Monkeys - "My Propeller"
On the heels of "Crying Lightning" and seeing the Arctic Monkeys on a boat, the band's Humbug LP offers up another dark and dense serving via "My Propeller." It's another listen of a band maturing, a brooding minor-key rocker that again shows the gritty touch of its producer, Josh Homme. Alex is looking for a little help getting his propeller started (ladies). Get involved, he's looking good these days.

Wow, that is good...these sessions with Homme have turned out better than I thought the could. Love the less Strokes-esque sound.

Can't wait to get my hands on the new album. Homme had a good influence on their sound. Sniff, they grow up so fast!

This song is great. I'm really excited for the album. Pissed off about the whole presale business at the Highline though. I really hope they come back to NY.
