Meh. It's just green screen and After Effects.
And what bothers me the most is that Audioslave apparently consider themselves equals among the likes of Jimi Hendrix and Janis Joplin. Um, no.
(Except for the fact that they're dinosaurs whose careers have been dead for some time.)
Remember when Rage Against the Machine did that "tribute" song that name-dropped Salt-N-Pepa and Grandmaster Flash? Yeah. It was lame.
This is worse.

That was actually an Afrika Bambaataa cover, I believe. Is there any band that lived up to its potential less?

It's a terrible cover .. and when the hell did these guys start sucking so bad? This sounds worse than Lenny Kravitz playing with Sheryl Crow in a Don Henley cover band ... this is just awful music. Chris shouldve stopped after Soundgarden, and they boys in RAGE should've just gone their seperate ways.

Hold on, I don't think it's an Afrika Bambaataa cover. Is it a Meat Beat Manifesto cover? I haven't ever listened to Meat Beat Manifesto, and I haven't listened to Afrika Bambaataa in years ... either way, "Original Fire" by Audiowhores is shit.

so what your saying, is you're not waiting in anticipation for Chris Cornell's theme song for the new James bond movie? Didn't lImP BiZkiT write a theme song for James bond??

I like it. And I usually don't like Audioslave.
Sometimes you just want to bang your head to some unironic, unpretentious cock rock.

Naw, it's Afrika Bambaataa. And Limp Bisquick wrote the theme song from MI:2. C'mon, guys.

The first 30 seconds are cool, but the verses are kind of tame. The chorus has potential, but could stand to be harder and/or funkier. Decent, but not great. Cool vid, though.
