New El Guincho Video - "Palmitos Park"

Onetime BTW and breakfast taco critic Pablo Díaz-Reixa, aka El Guincho, is having his originally self-released and limited-edition Alegranza! reissued by XL in time to warm up your fall/oncoming winter. In this Gerson Aguerri-directed video for "Palmitos Park," Díaz-Reixa sings against a constantly shifting backdrop of palm trees, parrots, giraffes, pineapples, kiwis, applause, and geometric shapes but also cut-out gravestones, paper shark fins, and other less sunny things. (By the way, Palmitos Park's a zoo located in El Guincho's Canary Islands stomping grounds.)

If you never listened to Alegranza!, the entire collection's still streaming over at El Guincho's MySpace.

Alegranza!, previously out on Discoteca Océano, is being reissued via XL Recordings on 10/07.
