New El Perro Del Mar Video - "Party"

There's always been something sorta spooky about Sarah Assbring's fiesta invitation in "Party," and director Emily de Groot harvests the haunt and goes straight Rear Window era Hitchcock. This new video of the track last year's El Perro Del Mar is an artistic reinterpretation of the tune's intent, but Ms. Assbring is with it. She speaks on El Perro Del blog (via GvsB):

The filmmaker Emily de Groot made this beautiful yet oddly disturbing film to my song Party. It adds a whole new dimension to the song and almost makes me feel like this is what the song is about rather than the initial meaning. It's a perfect gem and I hope to have the chance to do something together with Emily in the near future.
