New Radiohead Video - "Reckoner"

thumbnail icon: New Radiohead Video - "Reckoner"

I was going to write a blog post about the new Radiohead video, but then Thom Yorke did my job for me. Via deadairspace:

hello my mind is not functioning at the correct speed at the moment thanks to being in Tokyo but however and here is one of my favourite video things that has ever happened for Reckoner it is, the result of somebody entering a competition to make an animation to one of the tunes on IN RAINbows. on aniboom. you can scroll down dead air space and find all about it.. but anyway

so we asked them whether it was ok to make it the official one we use as it goes with the song so well. they said yes.

and if you're like me and find it hard to find videos on televsion any more, or even turn on the television you can watch right here.

ok now im going to fold some clothes.

Thom's so good at Internet. Here's what "Reckoner" looks like.

In Rainbows is an album. And don't forget that "Reckoner" remix contest.

Bless Mr. Yorke. He's a bit mental ain't he......

Good. I'm glad this one won. One of the five at aniboom was this horrible anime video for 15 Step, which I'm pretty sure just won because aniboom is filled with weeaboos.

Best song on IR gets the win in the video contest.

I also loved the one for Arpeggi someone made, too, but if the 15 Step one won I'd probably have to strangle Thom with his own vocal cords. Such a terrible try.

Fold clothes...

How down to Earth.

it's a cool video, but it's too blatant a message. i don't really think that message goes with reckoner at all. but nice try.

also, thom, please marry me.
