New Sarah Silverman Video - "I'm Fucking Matt Damon"

You know how Kimmel's always apologizing for running out of time on Matt Damon? Will Hunting's getting even. Sarah wrote a song about it. It's funnier than you think it's gonna be.

How did you like them apples? So many genres! So much fucking Matt Damon. "I Love L.A." was pretty much perfect. A bonus for Sarah Silverman Program fans comes after the jump, where Steve Agee takes a business-minded trip to Yacht Rocker JD Ryznar's place. It involves beer, shirtless car photos, and the Guess Who.

Buy the Ryzgee shirts. A couple are even MADE IN THE USA.

On the list of unfunny people, Sarah Silverman is number two. Just behind Michael Ian Black.

Poor Matt Damon - so, just *so*, not sexy.

I don't think she's funny. But that was funny.

Doesn't that video kind of violate the writer's strike? It's not like that was improv. So can we call Silverman and Damon scabs?

It's funny, she's funny. Why does everyone hate her? Are we extending our indie rock elitism to comedy now, too? Or maybe it's genuine, what do I know..

This would be so much better if it were Matt Damon paired with someone actually funny.

I can't believe somebody doesn't like Michael Ian Black. Some people just don't get absurdity. I just wish when people offer criticism that they would name what they are into.

First of all, Michael Ian Black is amazing. Everything he does is hilarious.

I will admit it, Matt Damon rules. He won an Oscar for writing Good Will Hunting, narrated a Howard Zinn documentary, makes pretty good mainstream movies (Bourne...) and keeps his integrity with quality movies (The Good Shepherd, Syriana, The Departed, etc.) and we can't forget his collaboration with Madlib and the artwork he did for the Holy Fuck 7"...

what the hell? how is taking a pot shot at michael ian black appropriate? that would be like me calling dane cook a waste of oxygen and carbon, except what i said is true.

Sarah Silverman's stand up: pretty bad. Sarah Silverman's show: inexplicably very good. Things like this: pretty decent. Matt Damon: One of the more likable ultra-famous guys. Remember when he was pretty famous, and then his pal Ben Affleck came along and then became way more famous than he was? And then where's Ben now? (sure, directing decent movies, I guess) And Matt's an even bigger star now? That's because he's not an annoying tool with shit for brains. People who have beef with Matt Damon are the annoying tools with shit for brains.

If only more Matt Damon-like dudes were like Matt Damon...

Sarah Silverman is ok, she's not making my side hurt every time I watch her, she still makes me laugh. Now her boyfriend... now that's unfunny.. even Conan is struggling bad.

Writers we need you back. Sometimes I think they suck on purpose, so the rating will fall and networks will want to make deals... Hmmm.

Sarah is funny, Matt Damon is awesome, and Jimmy is... well, he seems like a good guy. Not funny, though. Loved this skit. Stop being elitists, peoples.

I'm mot a purist, that is fantastic, like when Johnny Depp did 'The Fast Show', but seriously, who is fucking Matt Damon, who knows?

though not always consistently funny, and definitely nowhere near one of my favorite comedians, i think sarah silverman is pretty much a genius. this video was amazing.

Yeah, she's not that funny, but anything that has the words "fucking" and "Sarah Silverman" in such close proximity gets my vote.

it was funny as shit through the hip-hop part, then it started losing momentum. there.

re: does it violate the strike?

they explained on the kimmel show that the piece was done originally for kimmel's 40th birthday show and was pre-strike. then, the strike happened, kimmel's show was on hiatus and his birthday passed. last week was his 5 year anniversary show so they used it for that.

so, no, they shouldn't be labeled as scabs.

i actually enjoyed this very much, though i think matt damon had the best line in the whole thing ("let's put that guitar down and go fuck matt damon"). i also enjoyed jesus is magic. however, i caught silverman live, and i didn't think she was all that great. she's funny the first few times but once you've got her formula down it kills it.

I'm not a fan of silverman but I found this funny, props to matt damon for playing along, I don't thinks he's as wooden as people make him out to be.

that didn't break the writers strike. she shot it in october before the strike as a surprise for jimmy's bday. but then, because of the strike she couldn't show it, because his show wasn't on at the time. So they waited for his anniversary show.
you guys are fucking stupid.
