New "Weird Al" Video - "Trapped In The Drive-Thru"

R. Kelly's serial saga "Trapped In The Closet" is the ripest terrain a video parodist could hope for; hell even Santa got in on the action with the blasphemous "Trapped In The CLAUSet". So it's mildly disappointing "Weird Al" took a cue from Claus and shunned a live-action spoof, but you're still bound to laugh at least once over the animated clip's portrayal of couples in meal selection mode. It's 11 minutes long, so you've got plenty of time to find your chuckle. (Or not.)

This song does NOT need to be parodied. It's a parody of itself already, and a better one than anyone else could ever pull off. Let's not question the genius of R. Kelly.

Dunno if you all of seen this, but Mike Bell Smith, lead singer of Professor Murder, doubles as a video artist. One of his projects is called "Chapters 1-12 or R. Kelly's Trapped in the Closet Synched and Played Simultaneously." Here's a preview (parts 1-5, I think). Very trippy...

I kind of agree with Zedd. Although I like Weird Al's version, Trapped in the Closet is funny enough as it is. It's like making a parody of a comedy.

This is brilliant. Possibly his best work, ever. Focus between the two during conversation, the cheap car speakers during the LedZep song, his lyrics mimicing R. Kelly's, brillian. He deserves a Grammy for this. Suck it, Kelly.

I guess it goes without saying but I'll still say it, White people like to copy blacks. You can't copy a genius. This isn't funny. It's rather sick actually. On the other hand it's a compliment to the real genius R. kelly. For KoD you suck. Again you can't copy sheer talent. That's why R. Kelly has what he has. Well as for weird whatever his name is you're lame and so are the people who like your bootleg music!
