New Jason Lytle Video - "I Am Lost (And the Moment Cannot Last)"
Ex-Grandaddy Jason Lytle hasn't been shy about his new gently anthemic solo album Yours Truly, the Commuter. We've heard the mellow let's-get-inspired-and-outrun-the-rat-race title track, learned about "A Brand New Sun," and caught his lunchtime SXSW set. Offering a change-up, "I Am Lost (And the Moment Cannot Last)" gives us something a Lytle darker, as you'll see in this arresting video directed by the General Assembly. The setting's a quiet, sun-spotted morning in a small town diner, each person absorbed in their own quiet moments, until they all find a shared focus.
Yours Truly, The Commuter is out 05/19 via Anti-.

I really really miss grandaddy.

I like Grandaddy, but their sound hasn't really gone anywhere. This song could be on the sophtware slump.
Score = -1
What has Grandaddy got to do with it?? Jason Lytle is solo now and I am loving all the tracks I have heard so far..... It's time to move on folks. ;P

I can't wait to hear this album in its entirety. I loved Grandaddy so muuuuch. I hope Lytle has a long solo career now to fill the void that Grandaddy left :D
