New Love Is All Video - "Last Choice"
The chipper Swedish post-punkers take the backseat to a boxheaded dude and his Play Doh dinner in the colorful, hyperactive video for "Last Choice." (The A Hundred Things Keep Me Up At Night track is now the star of its own six-song EP.) When he paints, the paints disappear. He occasionally rocks out on an accordion. His good friend's a cat who calls him up now and then with Love Is All news. His creepy little dolls do the wave. If you curious why he ends up in his underwear, you'll have to watch. Love Is All are ostensibly behind it, but you get the sense this guy uses a different excuse each night to strip to his tighty oranges, shake his moneymaker, and smash shit.
Last Choice EP out 6/23 via What's Your Rupture?. It includes the title track and five new recordings. See it live:

I like the soft, gentle ruckus in the refrain but it's not the balls-to-the-wall explosion I've come to expect from Love is All. There's also a conspicuous lack of saxophone, but it's nice enough.
