Phoenix Have Now Played Every Late Night Talk Show This Year

thumbnail icon: Phoenix Have Now Played Every Late Night Talk Show This Year

Except Carson Daly, but he doesn't really count. The roll call: Fallon, Conan, Letterman, Kimmel. Hell even SNL. So in the interest of exhausting Phoenix's every move, here's their performance of "Girlfriend" for Craig Ferguson last night, including two more recent installments from the never-ending parade of Phoemixes (i.e. Phoenix remixes): one of "Fences" by the Soft Pack (more of a cover than a remix, but so it is billed) from the Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix (Remix Collection) LP, and another of "Love Like A Sunset" by Shuttle aka Passion Pit drummer Nate Donmoyer.

The Phoemixes:

Phoenix - "Fences (The Soft Pack Remix)" (MP3)
Phoenix - "Love Like A Sunset (Shuttle Remix)" (MP3)

Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix is out, and the Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix (Remix Collection) is out digitally in the U.S. 10/13 via Glassnote/Loyauté.

They haven't played the Colbert Report yet though. It should happen.

Can't wait to see Phoenix complete the circuit on the George Lopez and Wanda Sykes shows...

Looks like Phoenix took over (almost) all the late night talk shows, as they performed on Carson Daly last night. Now all that's left is Leno. And Colbert. And Yo Gabba Gabba (even though that's not late night but someone make it happen please).

"Ooh lala?" "Geerlfriend?" How lame is this guy? How weak is the canned laughter? Cool video though. Digging the album...
