Ryan Adams Relaunches Pax Am With New Single

thubmnail icon: Ryan Adams Relaunches Pax Am With New Single

D. R. Adams, author/arcade nostalgist/abstract expressionist, has returned to his first love: vlogging. Better yet, he's releasing new music that isn't exclusively jokey hair metal. News that Ryan's reviving his long dormant Pax-Am Records, now a vinyl and digital label, came earlier this week, but the MP3s first "ship" today. Digital Single No. 1 is remastered oldie "Lost And Found" b/w "Go Ahead And Rain." You can buy them together here for $1.49, and free with every order is "Let Us Down Easy," a demo from last winter. Here via press release is Pax-Am's mission:

Thanks for making Pax Am the number one Ryan Adams merch site online. We would hunt anyone else down though.

Did you have a rad summer? Good. If you said no, never worry, Pax Am is here. We are gonna fill your fall and winter up with vinyl, digital singles, and t shirts you don't need.

Stay tuned for videos, free tracks, and our digi-singles. Subscribers get first dibs on rare vinyl.

Remember, purchasing the buck 49 singles is a way to keep FOGGY TV on the air, but it is not necessary to view the weekly content.

This is my label and my internet disco dream.

Make it real you jerks.

Worship me.

In other words, without your valued support, no more love songs about Tron:

Nor this ("Goodbye Sunshine") which actually is legitimately pretty:

Of course you could save your money to attend this chat between Ryan Adams and Mary-Louise Parker at the New York Public Library. Up to you, jerks.
