SXSW: Nada Surf's Acoustic "Happy Kid" At PASTE/Stereogum Party
Popular Brooklynites and Pete pals Nada Surf buzzed our day party on Thursday with a three-man acoustical jam. We showed you images earlier ... now we bring you the sounds. Here's Let Go's "Happy Kid" and its "I'm just a happy kid / stuck with the heart of a sad punk / drowning in my id" sloganeering. They might've released that record way back in 2003, but we still felt the same way when they played it.
