Watch The Ben Folds Five Reunion Concert

thumbnail icon: Watch The Ben Folds Five Reunion Concert

Before Elton John revisited Yellow Brick Road with Ben Folds and others, Folds revisited The Unauthorized Biography Of Rienhold Messner with his old band. Said performance, which took place at UNC-Chapel Hill's Memorial Hall, was organized as part of MySpace Music's "Front To Back" series, so it makes sense MySpace would have really good video of the entire event.

"Don't Change Your Plans"

"Army"

You can watch the entire concert plus interviews with Folds at MySpace.

Was just saying yesterday - whilst listening to said album - that I would totally purchase this show on DVD/VHS/Beta if it was released.

I did all the design/collateral for this series for Myspace (that's my cursive handwriting in the logo and song names on the videos).

Had the option to go to this...kinda wish I had now.

One of the best days of my life was September 18th. I can't wait for this to come out on DVD, with the killer encore included.

Am I the only one who cannot see it? I get an error message each and every time! :-(

They sound so tight, all things considered. Let's keep our fingers crossed for a full tour. This reverses the flow of dissipating stockpiled love, Ben.

I took so many classes in that building, two of which were "History of the Beatles" and "History of Rock & Roll." Great classes and a great building, perfect for such a reunion show. Wish I could have been there.
