Rock Band seemed a lock to own fake-guitar-gamer discourse with their Beatles installment, but they didn't count on Guitar Hero's classy Cobain maneuvering. Still, the battle for most ridiculous mock-musician timesuck springs eternal: Meet Lego Rock Band, the video game that finally allows you to pretend-play songs as lego versions of rock icons. You may be wondering how this makes sense in any way, but think about it: legos hands are perfectly shaped to hold fake mics. It's hand science. Here's a video-report on the game, and the trailer trumpeting Bowie's participation. Points for varying Bowie's iris hues, at least.
