But of all the No Times, the especially worst time is when you are a news anchor reporting on Vanilla Ice's arrest for domestic abuse. Because waxing a chump like a candle and alleged battery just don't collaborate and listen that well.
OK, but if you just have to do this routine while reporting the news, don't make it look like a spontaneous display of poor taste; definitely give it that premeditated sheen with gratuitous backup dancers and a thumping backing track. Let the people know how much you hate the idea of guys beating girls, you know? Getting the sense that this actually happened? That's because it did. Videogum has got the footage, and you sorta have to watch it.

I thought this was actually kinda funny. Just because it's "domestic violence" doesn't mean that it's still not a story about Vanilla Ice. It's not like it's about a random case of domestic violence and then she breaks into "Ice, Ice Baby". That wouldn't make sense, but the point is not that she is making fun of what happened, but that it happened to Vanilla Ice, or because of him.
I think it would still have been funny even if the news anchor wasn't attractive. In fact, had it been a fat, ugly anchor, it would have been even more hilarious!
