Diddy Vs. Justin: Don't Get It Twisted

It's amusing that Diddy is playfully picking on Justin Timberlake...

DIDDY: "I'm a big fan of Justin and he's allowed to use my catchphrase 'sexy' and run with it I mean, I got it from somebody else, so it's all good. [But] I am the king of the sexy, Justin. Let's not get it twisted."
...'cause the boy bander's and Bad Boy's comeback singles are equally uninspired. And Diddy's new video, like Justin's, is sleek, but boring and confusing until there's an explosion at the end.

The best part of Diddy's new song is when he says, "You know my name!" We do? Is it Sean? Puffy? Puff Daddy? P. Diddy? Just Diddy now, right? I'm gonna call you Lester if that's cool.

Watch "Come To Me," featuring Nicole Scherzinger (she's a Pussycat Doll I'm told) here:

Wasn't "Come To Me" that "Kashmir"-sampling abomination Diddy did for Godzilla? No, wait, that was "Come With Me." Carry on Lester.

Isn't taking credit for the word 'sexy' sort of like claiming he invented the question mark?

He also invented a series of tubes.

Is it just me or does anybody else find Lester's voice incredibly annoying. The guy was never a good rapper, why does he keep trying?

I thought 'sexy' was invented by Mercedes Benz. . .at least in my book.

I hate to admit, but I watched the E! Network News the other day b/c I was too lazy to get the remote. . .and when this story came on, I actually said "And, THIS is newsworthy?" Then I thought, you just watched a story about Lohan's makeup, and you're not mocking yourself right now?

Big Stereogum fan. But admitting you know Nicole's a Pussycat Doll isn't proof of some shameless hidden passion for "wrong" music, mister Indie... It's just proof you're an average heterosexual man. Come on! You're not fooling me.

That said, keep up the good work. And check out Admiral Freebee (album 'Songs') and Absynthe Minded ('My Heroics part 1'). Both Belgian!

The best thing is that he stole the "don't get it twisted" catch phrase from a girl on America's Next Top Model.

You all know he's actually gay, right? Like, actually. That isn't a joke, I'm outing him.

i'm sorry to say that Diddy made an even worse single which is just "In Da Club"'s beat with ONE Mary J. Blige hook over it plus Lester yell/rapping (cuz he likes to do that - it's sexy).

am i sorry to say that he has worse music out right now? i'm not sure.
