The Kathleen Hanna comments come from the Lollapalooza tour that Sonic Youth and Hole were on. These were the "Bull in the Heather" days and Kathleen Hanna was hanging out with Sonic Youth at the George, Washington show.
Supposedly Kathleen was talking shit and "playfully" tossing candy at Courtney so Courtney decked her. Kathleen pressed charges and Courtney plead guilty.
Again, supposedly, their feud had it roots in the fact that Kur(d)t used to date Hanna's band mate Tobi Vail. He became disillusioned with the K records scene at the time and a falling out with all of those guys. He thought they were pretentious well-off white kids.
The other stuff seems to be Courtney confirming that Kathleen has a lot of "family" money.
