related...anyone going to the Gorillaz in-store at Criminal Records in Atlanta Wednesday?

Criminal - what a great record store. Glad to hear they're still "kickin' it."

I had ambition to open a Criminal-esque store in Nashville or Chattanooga before the retail bubble burst - thank god I didn't try that.

As someone who makes/collects these things goes, lemme state the obvious: Kid Robot and Gorillaz have put out an AMAZINGLY GREAT line of figures here. This was supposed to happen 5 years ago (with a different company) and didn't - and this is so worth the wait. PHENOMENAL work.

Demon Days is so fucking awesome. Feel Good Inc is simply the best song I have heard in days! Nothing compares. Only better tracks are from previous Gorillaz albums and even that is a tough contest! Keep rocking it!

first you're hocking a free subscription, no you're dong this dumb fucking psp contest. meanwhile, in the last week you've posted abotu 3 songs. quit being a fucking corporate schilling-boy and go back to what you're good at: posting terrible mash ups.

tell all your self-important music blog friends to do the same, nobody wants stereogum fucking shoes, they want stereogum mp3's.

..and also, what's with all these obviously fake gorillaz comments?

it's like that scene in airheads when they send the undercover cop disguised as record executive.. painfully obvious this guy isnt really a gorillaz fan. i like how he even threw in the cuss word to try to seem like a real person.

this blog is disgusting, it's like reading W magazine now.. all ads.
