People were worried she was raped and kidnapped. Didn't you see the signs in the subway? BUT NOW SHE'S TURNED HERSELF IN!

Yes, it's good news that she has turned herself in. But we have no idea what led her to abscond for three weeks, nor should it be any of our concern. I'm just surprised that her situation warrants a blog entry alongside a cluster of mp3's and news of Britney Spears' latest toss-off, that's all.

James, I'm banning your IP from now on. It's blogworthy because there were posts about her disappearance (out of good will!) on Gothamist, Ultragrrrl, etc... last week. So now that she's been found, the blogosphere would be interested. I know how to run my fucking blog you Kiwi bastard. Dude, wanna see My Architect this week?

Stereogum, one of the sheer delights of your blog is its distinct yet distinguished array of entries about music, movies, cultural curios and general gibberish that one doesn't necessarily see on other NYC blogs. Plus, unlike some bloggers who shall not be mentioned, you do appear to have learnt how to spell, follow the rules of English grammar, and complete your sentences. On a larger point, do you think that should you have to run with what the blogosphere has picked up too -- the disappearance of twentysomething Bard students -- or should you instead go against the flow and concentrate on setting other agenda, and on blogging about novel events and issues? Regardless of how you come down on that one, I still think that missing LI girls is off topic for Stereogum. As for My Architect, maybe, but won't it be out on DVD soon? I still want to catch The Station Agent.

you should see my architect in the theater - you'd be surprised how many people actually cry during this movie (it's really very bittersweet)... and it's tough enough to approximate some of these spaces in two-dimensions, but the big-screen is definitely better than the small screen. and oh yeah, philip johnson taking pot shots at mies and corb - so best.
