Post New Girl She & Him is becoming rather hard to stomach for whatever reason…gah. Also that vocal everb was way too over the top.
Wasn’t that impressed with Ward’s last album either…shame. Really liked earlier She & Him and of course M. Ward.

The last album was pretty decent if not somewhat forgettable.
Went to a TMBG show last year. It was like a nerdier version of Middle Earth (yes, that’s possible). There were lots of hobbits and dwarves and elves and everything in between in the audience, it was pretty funny.
Ya Hey was lovely…they even went full chipmunk this time!
Would love to hear Finger Back performed live! “I don’t want to die” is one of the best moments on the record…so good!
