Grizzly Bear – Shields. (GB vibes 4ever. <3)
Rubber Soul
This is awesome. Performing with Parks is a true testament to both Pecknold and Rossen’s talent as musicians and performers. His vocal arrangements can be tricky and heavily modal, but they both held their own. I really wish there was some better/professional footage, though. Also, Robin was nearly unrecognizable with his hair cut. Double takes were required.
“Graceland”
Disarm-lock
This band is incapable of disappointing.
Kurt Vile!
S. Carey – In the Dirt
Beach House – Myth
I love a good fuzz/delay combo.
Mother
Rhinestone Cowboy!
Not this decade, though. That’s not how the Grammys do things.
I think you can rest assured that if the Grammys had a “Best Album of the Decade” award, Goblin would have won.
You know who hasn’t seen Stevie Wonder’s house? …. :(
In all fairness, I think he basically says all of this about the Grammys (granted, in a more coherent and TV-friendly way) in one of the above interviews. Or at least it seems like he’s apprehensive towards accepting the award out of the belief that no one should view an award as a qualifier for what “good music” is, just because it won something.

It’ll definitely be “Lana Bell Sleigh.”
I kinda wish they’d play the whole Perth/MI Wisconsin bit uninterrupted, but I know that’ll never happen. :/
I’m excited for it all the same. I’d say Towers and Holocene are a safe bet.
Perth – Bon Iver
Mastodon – The Hunter
Best coast!
