My first time at Primavera this year, and what a great line up! :D Hands down best festival in Europe
Mine is Yours was pretty disappointing and Loyalty to Loyalty had it’s moments, but man Robbers & Cowards was great. Hoping for a return to form for them.
I’d have Girl, E-Pro, New Pollution, Soul Suckin Jerk, Mutherfuker, Jack-Ass, somehwere in my top ten.
Well, I’d fly out there solely for the Mats if they played

Too hard to do a top ten, but a good list. Bankrobber and Guns of Brixton would be in my list though.
First time I’ve seen Oceania make a best of list this year. Glad to see Japandroids, Cloud Nothings and Titus Andronicus make the list too.
Cloud Nothings seem a bit too low for me.

Yeah agree with everything you said there Tom. At first listen it didn’t really grab me, but really starting to get into it now. I’m really enjoying the longer songs on the album, My Eating Disorder probably being my favourite.
“Yeah….seeing Paul and Tommy playing Replacement songs on stage live together would totally be a bummer” – I have no problem with that, which is why I would market it as Westerberg & Stinson or something.
Wow. While I’m happy to see this, I dunno if they should use The Replacements name. I kinda hope they don’t do a reunion tour as well, it won’t be the same.

TBF at least Soundgarden are doing a new album and are writing new music, but yeah you could say Pavement are hypocrites for doing a money tour, but saying that I missed it, so I hope they do another one lol. I like it when bands re-form, as with the Pumpkins, as I never got a chance to see them before, but it’s bands like say RATM, who’ve been back for years and haven’t released a single song, yet regularly play festivals, are what annoy me.
I like Kettling, sounds a bit Pumpkin-esque.
London, eh? I wonder if he’ll be playing the classics too, been waiting ages to see him!
