Find Me On:

I happen to believe that, what happens to Björk fans with Vespertine and Homogenic it’s pretty similar to what happens to Radiohead fans with Kid A and Ok Computer.
For most people (I’d dare to say that the majority of people) Ok Computer is Radiohead’s masterpiece, the same thing happens to Homogenic (actually, it’s a perfect record, I think almost no one can deny that) However Kid A it’s very often left apart by some fans, when for some other fans (like me) it’s considered the greatest Radiohead record. The same thing goest for Vepsertine, for some Björk fans (like me) Vespertine truly is her greatest work while is left apart for some others.
But that’s just matter of taste and opinion.
You just can’t even compare Kyary Pamyu Pamyu to Psy, she’s wonderful. But Korean music has nothing to do with Japanese music anyway, besides of the two of them being Asian.
But anyway, I’m still happy to see Kyary in this site, haha.
Funny how the ones on top are the ones that are always complaining about how illegal downloads are ruining their finances (like Elton John or U2).
You’re not thinking of her as the amazing character she is. She could easily be the protagonist of an awesome dark film about stardom, this stuff is so incredible awesome.
I’m always glad to hear new bands, thanks.
Genesis is becoming my favourite song from the record. But I might change my mind anytime, I’m loving everything about Grimes, seriously.
I thought she looked healthy, well, maybe I was wrong. Anyway, she sounded great. Looking forward to hear her album.
I love ‘em so much. Everything they do is just perfection <3. Nothing else to say.
Best video of her so far.
I quite liked this, actually, good tune.
I liked this.
You’re probably overreacting, but anyway, she could have gained a lot of american audience out of this… such a shame.
You guys are so funny, but I thought this joke was already dead.
Oh, this could have gone so much better.
This is really interesting, I mean, those beats are very deep, but, like every Lana del Rey song (except for Video Games and Yayo) I’m not sure if I like it yet.
Victoria Legrand should be here, she’s the most perfect girl in indie rock, but well, Annie Clark’s also wonderful <3 and I loved Sufjan Stevens in the first place.
Hell yes, her voice is just amazing, really powerful, the piano playing almost flawless, Austra’s definitely something.
Good song (:
I’m not really a huge fan of Coldplay but some of these covers are really nice :)
That Dirty Beache’s video is just awesome. Even though her packing is really weird.
This is really good (:
Björk’s not here so I automatically send this list to hell.
I’ll go watch the movie just because of this, probably.
I’d have something cool to make music with.

Also I want to say that the first time I heard Vespertine I felt like I was allowed to hear something precious, warm and intimate. Like the most hidden feelings that someone could ever have… and those feelings eventually became mine.
