Who the hell cares if these old bands are making money?! I’m pretty sure the people who go to a Soundgarden show know EXACTLY what they’re getting and are willingly forking over their hard earned dough to do so. Besides, there are millions of new fans discovering these old bands and millions of others who are now finally old enough to go to their concerts. If Corgan is so worried about music and money mixing, he should (as another poster mentioned) put on free shows or at the very least sell tickets through someone other than ticketpricehikemaster. Anyway, I’m too busy listening to Jeff the Brotherhood, Team Band, Voxhaul Broadcast, Broncho, The Postelles, White Arrows, Qwong, The Lions Rampant and Diamond Rugs to listen to his worn out whiny alt. soft rock.

‘Range Life’. Love it!

Does Keating like him or think he’s a piece of shit? They seem to be contradictory remarks. “You’re a piece of shit and should be out of the music industry…but I like you!”

This article is a complete fail. Seriously, is anyone really concerned about a piece of music being 8 or 9 months off from the time it’s supposed to represent? The ’67 date you reference was more than likely a record company RELEASE date for the single and that song may very well have been performed a year (or more) earlier. Either way, it still fits the period just fine. The critics of this “mistake” probably sit around looking at the hardware on the door to Draper’s office and speculate as to whether or not Philips head screws were really used in that model door handle. The the RJD2 theme music? I agree with Omar, I think you’re deeply in the minority on that call.
