There is a place for extreme, aggressive lyrics in rap, I don’t know why you have to compare this to ICP. His style is raw and coming from the DIY metal/hardcore side of music, it makes him that much more interesting to listen to. It doesn’t have to be “meaningful” it’s just a creative vent for him and some people find vulgar, angry shit funny.
