Yeah, I went into this year saying that FP would be the album of the year, but now that it’s almost over, I’m not so sure at all… I thought the album didn’t evoke much emotion from me. When i listen(ed) to older OM, past all the dancing/drugs/debauchery, I was comforted by his lyrics, or hurt by them, or at least felt something. WIth FP, however, I just never connected. But the music is still good and it’s probably top ten. Just not #1.
SRSLY, causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this causers of this
Tangible emotions? Kind of like “trying to keep my parents together, and through their chaos there was such pressure to score high, so I had to drop it, as if I stood a chance after my uncle’s suicide, everybody looking at me to succeed him as the family’s golden myth while my identity mutations were being dosed by books and all the drugs. I tried to prove I was brave, but I was so afraid.”
False Priest won’t equal Hissing Fauna, but you can’t expect him to write an album anything like it again. If he did you’d say he was trite.
If you’re “one of their biggest fans” wouldn’t you like the video/song? I liked it, and I’m a medium fan.
I can’t tell if I love this or I hate this. I probably will just forget about it.
After one full listen, I have to say I’m surprised. I had completely written these two off. So it goes. And also, the Vogue photo shoot link just redirects to this evaluation.

Yeah, Julian ruined that bridge/whatever for me!! Why was he doing that??
