I was complelty suprised they played both of these songs, they pulled them off great, but crimson n glover goes in for the win, great cover.

This guy responds something bout everytime write a comment. Think i pissed him off one time, can’t even remember what the hell for and i’m pretty sure he just goes around this site and comments on anything. You wonder why videogum has 40 to 60 post per article and this has only 30 at best. Scott or somebody’s has to make it so only people signed on here can post comments. Take a look at videogum and then come back here. You’ll see what i’m saying

Just bought the tickets, only 4 months to wait now. I’ve seen Band of Horse this past year at Lala, and they were incredible, but Pavement will be incredible. Got to see Stephen Malkmus with radiohead bout 5 years ago, lets see if this can top it. Thanks for the tip’s

Theres ussually a pattern to how these things are posted. They show the album art, and then following a new song. So, i’ll just hang back until i hear a new song. Does anybody know of anything thats leaked out yet?New Song?

Thanks guys for posting this, been waiting for the album on the 23rd but this made my day

Putting Music aside, can someone please explain what the fucks is wrong with Lady Gaga.

And Oasis is great but Radiohead, Portishead, Blur, all there albums are classic

LCD soundsystem should play on a stage the entire time while Kings of leon get their stage washed out by the sounds of silver. Would be great to hear some newer stuff by those guys. This really isn’t that bad, Dr. dog, Flaming lips, the dodos, black keys, phoenix, and whoever mentioned stevie wonder sucks, the guy’s got more talent in his left nut then alot of the musicians playing now days.

Is everyone in agreement that Jimmy Fallon has the one of the best musical guest’s ever, this rules.

Easy Beat continues to be in my top 5 “Getting drunk to and singing to” Cd’s. I live a foooollss lifeeeeeeee, and now i’m dead”

Agreed completly, bands like Dr. Dog literally keep getting dogged on by Pitchfork, yet Lady gaga’s ratings go up (7.8?) Really glad Dr. Dog is back, can’t wait for the album to drop, keep it up.

With “Promises” and “Excuses”, this album seems amazing. Wish all live recordings were this good.

!!!!

 0Posted on Feb 4th, 2010 | re: More Bonnaroo 2010 Lineup Rumors: Jay-Z, Stevie Wonder (9 comments)

Really hope kings of leon are not headlining, last time i saw them people where running around with signs saying “SEX ON FIRE”. Wilco should headline before them. It would be nice to see someone diffrent headline for a change though. Paul Simon would be really incredible.

I was going to write my own little bit in this but you said it all. Legal rights to songs weren’t that big back then, so i image a lot of artist did this, they just haven’t been called out for it….yet. Still, in lames terms, this is fucking stupid

0Posted on Feb 3rd, 2010 | re: Jay Reatard Cause Of Death Deemed "Cocaine Toxicity" (40 comments)

I was wondering the same thing, they investigated it as a homicide, but they made it very public, even allowing people to call a number if they had any tips leading to his death. Sad as it is, it makes sense, alot of musicians die this way..

Vince Vaughn and Jeff Bridges singing on the same track as lil wayne and the beach boys.

I was only giving an example, but i can see what your saying. I went to the grocery store and heard “oh no” by andrew Bird. Sat their in the frozen food section just chillin listening to the music, funny that the next song after that was Green Day.
