Find Me On:
Black Skinhead is so crazy and weird, gotta love it!
It must be hard to be Kanye West.
Nobody knows what it means, but it’s provocative!
Definitely not disagreeing with the number 1 choice
I was actually thinking the same thing, though didn’t High Violet come out in Spring/Summer too?
with the hype machine set to 11, it’s hard to actually live up to it.
I wish these guys would just forget how to play their instruments, re-learn how to play, and as they’re re-learning, make another dirty rock-and-roll, southern-Strokes album that’s not compressed to shit.
Very underwhelmed by this album, but I’m not exactly sure what I was expecting in the first place. This album, if anything, actually makes me appreciate High Violet more.
Oh also, the bass on this record is just fantastic.
I am blown away by the energy and power this band creates here. Everything about it is captivating to me. The more I read about this band, too, the more I like them. I hate to say it, but Pitchfork did a pretty cool feature on them. Good read, I recommend it. I also like their musical philosophy on Facebook too.
One more thing: my only issue with this band is that my instinct tells me that they’ll more than likely be a one album wonder. It’ll be interesting to see where they go from here. But hey, let’s enjoy this album for what it is, right? Great album. 2013 rocks… so far!
I wonder what Steve Buscemi thinks
What “image” exactly does Danny Brown need to uphold?
I said it before and i’ll say it again: He ABSOLUTELY could’ve walked away BEFORE his junk came out of his pants. Instead, he chose to palm the back of her head and go along with it. Then he bragged about it afterwords. I mean, am I missing something?
She is regarded as a meme because she continues to act like a meme.
I’m surprised how super-fantastic this is
It’s a well-written article for sure, but come on. He ABSOLUTELY could’ve walked away BEFORE his junk came out of his pants. Instead, he chose to palm the back of her head and go along with it. Then he bragged about it afterwords. Shit, even Kendrick Lamar seemed jealous in that tweet.
But… why Steve Buscemi?
This is not my beautiful list!
Thank you for that editor’s choice pick. If the Paramore album was just a little shorter and some of the fat was cut out, I think it’d be a contender to at least make the top 10 albums of the year. I mean, for what it is, it’s a pretty decent album.
What is she looking at?
Lateralus is by far Tool’s most accomplished work. It’s so different than any other album they’ve made, and I’m beginning to think it’s going to be a struggle for them to top it.
