So let me get this straight. First, Broken Social Scene doesn’t make the top 50 cut and then doesn’t even make this sleeper list as well. I just don’t get it. The album was great!
The Cure’s newest record is 4:13 Dream.
This collaboration deserves a full album. If someone told me this was a Cure track, I would tell them its the best thing I’ve heard since Bloodflowers.
Really everything is amazing off of Plastic Ono Band…but my favorite Lennon solo song has got to be “How?”
This is the single of the year in my mind…and the I’m lovin’ the remix as well!
I was really hoping he would name his new album “Fishsticks”
There’s no way I can create a cover, but I think “Mission Statement” could be a cool name for the album if he feels like this album and/or this band has encapsulated his “musical argument.”
Thanks for the mix as always. One complaint though. I like the rad album art you guys have for each album but when I go to add the tracks to iTunes your logo is already embedded on each song, not the artwork. Maybe you could embed the artwork you use instead of just your logo in the future….it would make my iTunes library a little more colorful. Thanks again!
