Move Over, Bonnaroo: Rothbury Festival Wants The Am-I-Hipster-Or-Hippie Demo, Too

Move Over, Bonnaroo: Rothbury Festival Wants The Am-I-Hipster-Or-Hippie Demo, Too

Dave Matthews Band, Widespread Panic, John Mayer, 311, Phil Lesh and Friends, of Montreal, Drive-By Truckers, Diplo, Modest Mouse, and Snoop Dogg? A lineup made in TN heaven, surely -- but it is in fact the face of Rothbury, a new "Sustainable Camping Festival Celebrating Music, Art, and Action" on July 4th weekend at the Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury, MI.

"The four day, environmentally sustainable music and camping festival promises to be an inspiring cultural assembly; one where music fans, artists and progressive thinkers gather to celebrate much more than music..." Translation: There Will Be Bud.

Langerado has such a sweet lineup. Bonnaroo too. Cant wait to go to them. This fest seems like a jam sleeper.

Not impressed. Coachella still has the best lineup i've seen so far (albeit not best headliners.)

Kudos on the "there will be bud" though.

As a member of the hippie/hipster demographic, this lineup appeals to me much more than Bonnaroo or Coachella. Except for Dave Matthews and John Mayer though. Sounds interesting enough to go.

I'm really diggin this lineup... As a fan I feel like Coachella never knew me, and Bonnaroo forgot me, langerado is nice (but to far away), but this year I'll be at the 'bury for sure....!
