of Montreal Cover M.I.A.
Pitchfork got their paws on oM's dialed down cover of M.I.A.'s "Jimmy," which in turn was a dialed up cover of Parvati Khan's "Jimmmy Jimmy Jimmy Aaja." (Translation: "Jimmy, come.") In other news, Amrit's mom just became a massive of Montreal fan.

This sounds awful. South Asian melodies shouldn't be slowed down, let alone subject to Outback Steakhouse bass+drum sonics.

Also, I'm getting sick of this shitty mini posts. You guys need to return to 'old Stereogum form. A couple good posts a day is better than a ton of useless filler. I'm sure the majority of your readerbase already visits the places on your blogroll/p4k.

Thx for posting. I'm a regular blog reader that doesn't read P4K so I would have missed out normally.
