Robyn's "Who's That Girl" To Get A Release, Some Remixes, A Video

While we're airing the dirty laundry/our compulsions, we semi-obsessively check in at Robyn's MySpace because she's, ya know, awesome, and learned today that the next single (compliments of Robyn's UK release cycle) is "Who's That Girl," her collab with the Knife, due April '08. What this means for you, person that's had the album for three years, is three new remixes (by Seamus Haji, Rex The Dog, and Drop The Lime) and a new, Diane Martel (of White Stripes and Beyoncé fame)-directed video. At this point "Who's That Girl" is one of the few LP tracks that doesn't already have a video (or two), so we are excited. That is all.

Too bad Stereogum didn't see Robyn's LA show. She added Eclipse and Dream On to the set!

LOVE LOVE LOVE me some Robyn!
She was a guest on my radio show last Saturday night,

Great news, but...am i missing something with Drop The Lime? His opening set at Robyn's show last week made me feel like I was in Miami circa 1994.

After two weeks of reader-tipped BTWs from Lawrence, Kansas, we mentioned there seemed to be something going on in that city, despite William S. Burroughs up and dying a few years ago. After the proclamation went out, we received notes...

Premature Evaluation: The Walkmen - You & Me

Before we got to soak-in the woozy organ and raw yelps of "In the New Year," the last taste we had of the Walkmen was that one-off "Lemon Hill." As we mentioned then, the Men said "Lemon" wasn't "exactly in...
