Scarlett's Tom Waits Date
Speaking of Courtney Love's mirror image, Andpop.com claims Home Alone 3 star and Jesus & Mary Chain singer Scarlett Johansson will release her Tom Waits tribute album on May 6. It's called Anywhere I Lay My Head and Tom Waits is thrilled.

That this album exists is awesome on so many levels. One of the most beautiful people singing some of the most beautiful lyrics. Sure Natalie Portman can be pretty and make a playlist with Beirut in it, but to be beautiful and to record an album of Tom Waits covers... Well that takes someone special.

This is terrible.
I agree with jeff.
Covers are supposed to be tributes, i.e. one cover per album. If you can't write songs you shouldn't be singing!
And she didn't even consult him before attempting this?? (apparently he didn't even know about the album)
This should never have been allowed.
I hope Waits finds some way to sue them (but he's probably being sold out by the record company, though).

Scarlett johansson's not understand. She make that for her own light, she's got money, it's just publicity. She don't have the atmosphere of this genius artist..
