C'mon everybody--- Give the Kings a break. Think about it: if you were an artist, YOU would want to protect your art, right? Of course.

Dear Stereogum,

Thanks for posting this entry about NME.. You have once again reminded me why I hate NME.

Sincerely,

EXCELLENT video to accompany an EXCELLENT song. Seriously. I bet 75% of the "haters" secretly wish they looked cool in boat shoes.

Do they really expect us to worship art over music? Gimme shelter and gimme a break.

Somebody needs to remind this kid that Limp Bizkit still sucks and that raping a Weezer song does NOT make you cool. Oh wait, maybe I just did-- By the way: college WAS bad ass, but real life might rip this kid's balls off.

C'mon everybody-- It's Buckcherry... Are we really surprised? They are a product of Los Angeles' vapid and arrogant music scene.

The Kings of Leon continue to be one of my favorite bands because they are not static; part of their glory is their ability to create new music while maintaining the essence of what made them great in the beginning.. Youth & Young Manhood was released approximately five years ago... Haven't we all changed a bit in the past five years? Give 'em a break... By the way: I saw them live with the Strokes before they were "big" and yes, they were awe-inspiring: all whiskey and tough guts.

Wait a second.. There were other dudes in the band besides that cat with the afro? Huh.

Skinner pulls it off, once again-- My favorite album of his continues to be Original Pirate Material. Bummer we have to log onto Myspace in order to hear his new tracks.
