Wow, I actually feel sorry for people who are paying to see this - I couldn't even watch it for free. Part of me thinks it's sad that he has come to this, and part of me thinks he's the world's biggest asshole for thinking people want to hear anything other than the hits (much less hear him complain). Unfortunately, it's probably the latter

This could be a good feature - definitely a great start with Midlake.

How about Sufjan Stevens? Dirty Projectors?

That's a bummer. He doesn't get enough credit compared to the Bonhams and Moons of the world but the dude could play

that was awesome - hoping to pick up the new album this weekend

Agreed, these guys are great. I wish he would have asked when the new album is coming out...

and I have to admit I'm digging these Matthew and the Arrogant Sea tracks

I was there, and it was a great show. Judging the performance by a shitty-sounding YouTube clip doesn't make a lot of sense. Anyway, my only complaint was no "Golden Age"

Actually, one other complaint which may start a shitstorm, but needs to be said - I love Spoon's albums, but I've seen them a few times live (they and MGMT opened this show) and they are boring. Sorry if that's blasphemous but had to get that off my chest

Loved the title of this post. That "parody" was beyond horrendous

My first thought was that this sounds like a cleaned up Brian Jonestown Massacre song, but Doves is a good proxy too. Noel should sing every song. That said, this isn't that great
