it was a great show and the lights are incredible. i wish they played older stuff but that was expected.

i like how thom said at one point before a song "this is an old song" and it was something off kid a. it makes me feel old.

if anyone remembers when they play "everything in it's right place" and there's words scrolling across the screen, last time i saw them it said "forever". this time it said something but i couldn't make it out.

why not just get a job (let's say whole foods because they pay pretty well and it's not hard to get a job there), save up some money to record the record, record it and then quit your job and then stereogum can write a piece about it.

Band To Watch: Blank Dogs

Blank Dogs are actually singular: It's the insanely prolific one-man Brooklyn-based band of Mr. Blank Dog. We don't know too much about the biography of the guy behind the bedroom new-wave pop/punk and he's usually covering his face with masks...

Premature Evaluation: Oasis - Dig Out Your Soul

Pushing Noel off a stage in Toronto might bruise the erstwhile Oasis mouthpiece's ribs (maybe even his spirits) and cause the band to cancel a show or two, but nothing can stop the slow procession toward a new Oasis album....
