Haha, I've never listened to Jay much but I'm quickly becoming a fan based solely on his spot on opinions of other artists. Pains ARE really boring, but at least listenable. His other target, Cut/Copy though is absolutely crap of the highest measure. Recycled techno-pop with an effeminate twist? I liked it better when The Crystal Method did it 15 years ago without sounding like huge pussies.

That's because it's fucking boring and incredibly samey.

If by Face Control you mean Dragonslayer (the new album by the superior member of Wolf Parade) you are correct (although neither can rival MPP, Veckatimest or Bitte Orca at this point). Face Control sounds exactly like every other song/album that Dan has ever put out.

Yeah, this album is the supreme shit. Listened for the first time this mroning and I'm already on my third time through. Extremely listenable yet deep and complex at the same time. Wow.

Jack White is the best rock star of our generation. It's in his persona.

Meg was looking a bit chub, but I still get a chub thinking back to her sex tape, so she gets a pass from me.

Talk about overacheiving. Hasn't Ryan already been married to his own ego for years?

I love the assholes from SF and Austin who think just because they live in hippy-run cities where venues actually care enough to stick it to the man, that everyone else is just whining. Guess what: if you don't live in a liberal haven, Ticketmaster and/or Livenation probably runs every single venue in your city. So, we would appreciate it if you lucky fucks would butt out of our complain-a-thon.
