Snoop's Grand Ole Doggy cowboy song "My Medicine" -- dedicated to "real American gangsta" Johnny Cash -- has a cowboy video co-starring fellow bong-rocker Willie Nelson. Snoop looks alright in a ten gallon hat, but the dopey Everlast-produced (and strummed and sung) Ego Trippen' track doesn't sound much better in visual form.
