Valentine's Day being this week and all, Vogue is running a series of videos that show artists performing their love songs. That, in and of itself, isn't big news at all, and it probably wouldn't warrant a post, except for this: Both of the videos in the series thus far are really good. Yesterday, Widowspeak did a meditative, Mazzy Star-esque version of their recent single "Thick As Thieves." And today, we get Bat For Lashes doing a very different arrangement of her The Haunted Man single "Marilyn": A spare, clanging, fuzzed-out electric guitar take on the song. Both performances are well worth your time, and you can watch them below.
