Wilco percussionist Glenn Kotche has taken his rhythm skills to the kitchen. In a new commercial for Delta Faucets’ “Touch2O Technology” — no faucet handles, just give it a smack and the water flow turns on or off — Kotche is featured using a set of faucets set up like a drumset to play Four Tops hit “Reach Out, I’ll Be There,” a sort of cheeky nod to how the sink-additions work. It’s bizarre, but anything that makes doing the dishes look like Garth’s drum solo fantasy in Wayne’s World is cool with me.
