Earlier this year, Beck was the face of new Yves Saint Laurent campaign. The photos were styled and shot by YSL designer Hedi Slimane, who has since enlisted artists like Christopher Owens, Ariel Pink, and Daft Punk, among others to model for the label, which has been renamed Saint Laurent Paris. DIIV’s Zachary Cole Smith is the most recent musician to get the Slimane treatment in a campaign featuring his grunge-inflected designs.
