Texan rap absurdist Riff Raff has been a mixtape warrior and a guest-appearance Mongol raider for years now, and he’s spent much of that time talking up Neon Icon, the mysterious and possibly mythical debut album that seemed like a figment of his imagination. But apparently the album really is on the way, and its first single is the honking, absurdly funky DJ Carnage production “Dolce & Gabbana,” is almost certainly the dumbest, funnest song I’ve heard all day.
