Bloc Party have just made a song called "Ratchet," which means they've -- probably knowingly -- co-opted the most notorious and divisive recent rap-universe slang term. And now they've co-opted a very different recent musical development, recruiting the hyperactive maximalist Scottish dance producer Rustie to remix the track. Listening to Rustie's version of the track feels like sort of being pelted with rubber bands by a charmingly insane three-year-old. You can listen to it below.
