Delorean – “Destitute Time”

Delorean are holding true to their promise: Both in "Spirit," the first single for their upcoming record Apar, and in "Destitute Time," their newest track, the band has indeed replaced their "chopped up female vocal samples" with "actual singers." "Destitute Time" is a low but colorful dance-pop track, and features label mate Glasser on the chorus' breathy, soaring back-up vocals. It's a nice fit: Delorean and Glasser have actually teamed up before, when Delorean remixed Glasser's "Treasury Of We." It works again, and plays over a video of a very creepy black and white room lighting up very slowly.
