The clothing designer Dr. Romanelli, who repurposes vintage items into new things, has a new collection based on the Coca-Cola logo, and to promote it, he’s tapped the great bleary-eyed rap producer the Alchemist to make “Diagnosis,” an eight-minute rap innervision made partly from stitched-together Coke-commerical audio.
